• Tryouts on Saturday, April 30TH and Sunday, May 1st @ Mercyhurst Ice Center

• Grades 6-9 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

• Grades 10-12 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM

• Required at Time of Tryout: $10 non-refundable Tryout-out Fee (covers both sessions) and $100 Commitment Fee (will be returned if not rostered on a team)

McDowell Hockey Club

The McDowell Hockey Club will hold tryouts for the 2011-2012 season on Tuesday April 26th, Saturday April 30th, and Sunday, May 1st. All sessions will be at Mercyhurst Ice Center.

• Teams Targeted for the ‘11-’12 Season: Varsity (9th – 12th Grade) Junior Varsity (8th – 11th Grade) Freshmen (6th – 9th Grade)

• All Players should attend Tuesday, April 26th from 9-10pm

The next 2 Days of tryouts will consist of 2 different age group sessions:

• Players entering grades 6-9 in 2011 should attend the 11:00am-Noon session on Saturday 4/30 & Sunday 5/1.

• Players entering grades 10-12 in 2011 should attend the Noon-1:00pm session on Saturday 4/30 & Sunday 5/1.

 

• Players are expected to attend their age group session on each of the 2 split days of tryouts (4/30 & 5/1).

• Players must be attending a Millcreek school or be a Millcreek resident attending a Parochial Grade School in 2010-2011 to play for McDowell.
  Players are also expected to be registered with USA Hockey prior to tryouts.

Cost Due at Tryouts = $100 Commitment Fee
- Commitment Fee will be refunded if a player is NOT chosen for any team
- Commitment Fee will be refunded if a player is selected to a team but informs the club they will not play for McDowell by the Final Commitment date (TBD – likely Mid/Late May).
